Overview

Candango is a product we designed and built ourselves: a multi-tenant sales CRM that keeps a sales team's entire workflow in one place.

Instead of running the pipeline in one app, email in another, the calendar in a third, and accounting somewhere else, Candango brings deals, contacts, activities, email, calendar, and invoicing together in a single workspace.

Everything in One Place

Teams manage deals across multiple custom pipelines on a drag-and-drop board. Every deal carries its own timeline—notes, activities, emails, and meetings—so the full history of a sale lives in a single view.

Contacts, companies, and activities are all connected, with a built-in email client and calendar screen so reps never have to leave the CRM to get their work done.

Integrations

Candango is built around the tools sales teams already use, syncing them automatically so information is captured without anyone typing it in.

Google — email & calendar. Each salesperson connects their own Google account. Gmail is captured and matched to the right person and deal automatically, and a built-in composer sends rich-text emails with attachments straight from a deal. Google Calendar stays in two-way sync, so meetings booked in Candango or in Google always match.

QuickBooks — estimates & invoices. When a tenant connects QuickBooks Online, deals map to QuickBooks customers, estimates are created on the deal and price it automatically, and won work converts selected estimates into a single invoice—each document viewable as the real QuickBooks PDF and sent through the same email composer.
