We built Candango to fix that — a multi-tenant sales CRM that brings deals, contacts, activities, email, calendar, and invoicing together in a single workspace.
Everything in one place
Teams manage deals across multiple custom pipelines on a drag-and-drop board, and every deal carries its own timeline — notes, activities, emails, and meetings — so the full history of a sale lives in a single view. A built-in email client and calendar screen mean reps never have to leave the CRM to get their work done.
Built around the tools you already use
Google — email & calendar. Each salesperson connects their own Google account. Gmail is captured and matched to the right person and deal automatically, and Google Calendar stays in two-way sync.
QuickBooks — estimates & invoices. Connect QuickBooks Online and create estimates right on the deal, then convert won work into invoices — each viewable as the real QuickBooks PDF and sent through the built-in email composer.
